Symbolic Interactionism method (p.16) discuss best how both your physical environment (URBS) and your mental environment (CIVITAS) have made you who you are today

Society influences our personality traits and who we are.  Using your Sociological Perspective, and the Symbolic Interactionism method (p.16)

discuss how both your physical environment (URBS) and your mental environment (CIVITAS) have made you who you are today. 

Explain this cause/effect relationship, and give specific examples.

Think about the different places/cultures you have been exposed to over your lifetime, and which ones have the greatest influence on who you are today.  Symbolic Interactionism

Think about how your current neighborhood influences who you are in preparation for your final paper.  We will discuss further in class.  

Paper must be essay format 12’ font and you may use p. 29 in text and the reading Urbanism as a Way of Life for guidance.
